Would appreciate continued prayer…over next bit ….. daily for a woman in a challenging job situation. A narcissist boss who has already managed to get rid of others and is targeting this person. Alot of negativity in work environment and personal attacks from this boss -lies, misrepresentations, harassment, hostility etc. etc. – definitely no support, mentoring etc. From prior prayer request - The woman did prepare a harassment /hostile work environment complaint before Christmas. HR met with her the same day within hours of submission of the complaint. Due to holidays, investigation expected to go into this first of this year. Open eyes of employer and those investigating complaint to seek and see truth and pray employees willing to speak up! Status of compliant is currently ongoing. Know HR has been and is interviewing various personnel within the organization. Let no harm come to the woman undergoing the current situation – emotionally, physically or career/job wise. Give her peace that only God can provide. Protect her, guide her, direct her path, God Walk with her on this journey. God give this woman the strength to endure and fight the good fight with grace and to give God the glory and praise. God restore this woman and others who have been impacted inappropriately by this boss’s reputation, personnel files, verbal damage from lies, deceit, misrepresentations. May God allow every fiery dart the boss has sent and sends to this woman (and or others) return to her void and create her own demise. Make right the inappropriate actions of this boss now and for known recent past and cease her ability to continue to harm others. Please pray for my mother, who has recently discovered a growing lump and will undergo a biopsy next week. I also ask for prayers for my vocation, Im currently an OFM Aspirant. If the biopsy reveals something serious or life-threatening, I may need to leave the seminary for her sake. Through the intercession of Our Lady, may God grant healing, strength, and peace to our family, and guide us always according to His holy will.
